It took the carpet over three days to dry. The tech was late however he did call in advance. He was not able to clean the area rug in 1 bedroom because he said he was running behind. Overall I'm not impressed with services.

Tech misinformed about window from company. Tech was extremely polite. He took a long time to get started but was thorough in prep. Cleaning appears ok except couch stains did not come out.

The carpet took too long to dry.
Thank you for your feedback and review. Our drying process is anywhere between 8-24 hrs. It has a lot of factors to keep in mind since all homes are different. Thickness of your carpet, Air circulation, if you have your fan on 70-71 degrees, if you can open the windows on a nice day. The better the circulation the better the drying time. The initial cleaning of a living room rug was disappointing, but ZeroRex returned promptly to re-do the rug and we are very pleased. So, they quickly reacted to rectify the issue and ensure that the customer was happy with the service and cleaning.

It was a quick job that didn't really clean the rug. In the past, this rug looks clean when Zerorez cleans it. This time, it looks like it was only wetted down and vacuumed. Still looks dirty.

Michael’s visit was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any technician EVER! Very communicative and explains things in a way that is not only easy to understand but also in a manner that he knows what he’s talking about! I personally didn’t have the pleasure to meet Michael in person but he was very patient and helpful with my family who were home at the time of the visit and if I could have given a 999999/10 rating I would! Will definitely stick with this company for future needs and will definitely ask for Michael by name!
