The technician was professional and courteous. The carpets are very clean with no residue.

The tech for the second service on 5/3/24 was wonderfully knowledgeable, friendly, and hardworking. He first asked about the stain and problem and about the type of rug we had. He kept me in the loop the entire time he worked on it and he REMOVED the stain fully. I was disappointed in the tech who came and serviced us the first time. He only stayed for 20 minutes and the stain looked no different. Thank you to the second tech!

We are very pleased with the job that your technician, Luis Ruiz, did on our sofa, loveseat and recliner and the job he did on our 5 area oriental rugs on April 30, 2024. He was very professional and courteous. He listened to our concerns and made sure before he left that we were very pleased with the job he had done. I would definitely ask for Mr. Ruiz again for any future carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning that we need to have done and I would most definitely recommend him and Zerorez to our family and friends.

Carpets were very wet when the agent left. Took 2 days to dry with windows open and a breeze blowing in.

The carpet was thoroughly cleaned by the product and the technician provided excellent service. The product effectively cleaned the carpet and the technician was highly skilled.

Prices have gone up a lot since my last service, i was shocked! My furniture and carpet was cleaned thoroughly and well, no complaints there. The smell of the "odor treatment" is shockingly strong. Still lingering and has an unpleasant chemical smell. I would recommend that the cleaning techs take care to mop or clean hardwood floors after service is finished. i had a lot of residue on my floors around my sectional that i had to mop twice to remove.

Very professional!!!

The rugs look brighter overall. There is a noticeable fading in some areas in two of the larger rugs. Because of the type of rugs, they have never been in the sun to fade. The overall red rug had never been cleaned. The lighter colored rug had been cleaned before one time since owned by me. The rest of the smaller rugs have not been rolled out to see their condition.

Jude was GREAT. He was very professional and answered any questions that I had. I would use Zerorez again.

Flexible, easy to schedule, did a great job!

I like the fact that it didn’t take long to clean my carpets and they weren’t soaking wet after he finished.

Jared did an amazing job cleaning the carpet in my house. There is no other company like Zerorez He restored our bedroom carpet to the original color with a deep cleaning essentially. I will only use Zerorez!

The young man, Jude, did a really good job of cleaning our two carpets. We have used Zerorez in the past but he did the best job of any of the technicians we have had. He was also very good at moving furniture and propping things up properly!

Communication with me letting us know what was going to happen and when, as well as, being prompt when you were supposed to be here was excellent.

I was not pleased with the original cleaning of my bathroom tile floors. I called the production manager, Luis Padilla who was very kind and understanding. Luis came the next day and recleaned the floors and did a great job.

Efficient good results

Zerorez was able to get my carpets cleaned in a quick and timely manner and fulfilled all requests! The cleaning associate that came to clean our carpets arrived on time and was polite however I felt he rushed through the job and did not get some of the easier basic wear and tear spots out. He concentrated on the areas with heavy traffic and a large stain we had, most of which came out and I was pleased, however rushed over some of the other areas and some light wear and tear didn't come out. He also assured me that the pre cleaning spray did not have a smell or fragrance because I originally opted not to use it as I am highly sensitive to smells. Sure enough, the pre-spray did have a smell and caused a migraine headache for me for the rest of the day. All in all there were positives and a few negatives. I think if the associates could slow down just a little bit to ensure they get all of the spots and perhaps if Zerorez could use a fragrance free pre-spray and more eco-friendly products I'd use them again.

Zerores does a great job. Jay is conscientious. He shows up and is diligent about doing the work right. I also trust him completely. I would have no second thoughts about saying, "I have to go. Lock up when you're finished." Dawn does a great job accomodating my schedule when scheduling.
