Pricing. We were asked if we wanted the upholstery protectant spray but were not given the cost of the spray. It was shocking how much it was $40 per couch, so needless to say, the $160 addition to our bill was shocking. If your cleaner could have told us in advance how much it was, that would’ve level set expectations.

The service is fast and the results are great. The dry time is pretty quick. We always have them treat our basement carpeting with a mold killer and it makes all difference!
However, for some reason this last application didn't work as well. There is still a bit of a funky smell in the basement. Maybe the solution was too diluted??

Luis was great! Very friendly but totally professional. He called before he got here and arrived within the timeframe I was given. He was very sweet about our hyper dog. He finished very quickly and our carpets look wonderful!

I have used Zerorez several times and the quality of your service is somewhat inconsistent. Twice the carpet was very wet and took at 24-36 hours to dry. The other time, the drying time was much less. Ran a dehumidifier and fans each time. Not sure what made the difference.
Additionally, the ability to remove stains seems inconsistent. We got a much better result one of the three times.
Still, we feel you do an overall good job. Just not great.

I have had this couch cleaned previously and was a little disappointed this time. It wasn't as clean and I had to request for areas to be done again. At over $300 for an hours worth of work, I expected more.

The service was EXTREMELY over priced. I was quoted a significantly lower price than what I was charged at the completion of services. The cleaning was very low quality, you cannot tell it was even cleaned.

Our technicians confirm measurements upon arrival in this case your total square footage was higher than the initial estimate. Once there are discrepancy's our technicians are expected to present the discrepancy and get verbal approval for additional charges.
