My carpets look amazing I have 4 kids, 4 dogs, and a cat idk how old my carpet is but it looked so Dirty! It looks amazing and the tech was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Did all 4 bedrooms the hall and stairs in about an hour. Thank so much!

I haven't gotten my rugs back yet, but I expect they will be awesome! I was given a 4 hour window, but then I was called 30 minutes before they arrived. Both guys that showed up (Alex and I don't remember the other one's name) were professional, courteous, friendly, informative, and put booties on their shoes to protect my floors! Wow! They explained how the rugs would be cleaned, gave me the pricing, carefully moved my furniture and rolled my rugs up to take them to be cleaned. They informed me it would take about a week, and they would bring them back and put them back down where they found them. I can't wait to get them back all nice and clean!

Honesty, to tell me what to expect before he performed the service... Didn't over sell. The process was quick,without water residue.the dry time was better than expected.. The guy was extremely courteous, personable and professional.

Alex and Nathan were fast, friendly, and professional! They got out a stain that I didn't think would come out. They cleaned my tile as well, and the grout looks like new!

The tech that went to my house was polite and did not mind the questions that I had. Also my carpet looks great. Some of the stains did not come off but I expected that due to the type of stains.
