The staff was very helpful, prompt, and did a great job. Especially impressed with how I was treated after my online appointment request was not fully processed in the system. Everything was promptly resolved and I experienced NO stress.

it's was only one person and he explained what he was doing and the costs up front.
Paul was very prompt, however even more important, after he surveyed our carpet an asked a couple questions regarding our carpet he didn't think we needed some of the estimated products which reduced our billing by $100. This was great new for us and great p/r for Paul and Zerorez. We will call on Zerorez in the future for carpet cleaning.

We had another company clean the carpet the week before. We didn't think thecarpets looked much different.
I wish we knew about Zerrorez before we spent the money on the other service. I like the hot water extraction with truck mounted equipment Paul our technician was able to remove residue from the previous cleaning. The carpet felt much softer and looked brighter. The pile was fluffier except in the very high traffic area. Not much could be done with our 25 year old carpet Also no odor and no problems with my allergies/ asthma
This is the second time we have used your services, and were once again pleased with the way the carpet looked when finished. The technician was very courteous. However, the one complaint, which we also had the last time, is that the carpet stayed wet well past the time that we were told it would take to dry. We were told 4-6 hours, and it was 12-24 before we were able to put things back in place and comfortably walk on it. Not particularly a problem if we only have it done once a year, but not sure why it always takes longer than we are told it will take to dry.
