The guy's that cleaned the cleaned the carpet did a perfect job. I would give them an A+. The carpets were perfectly clean when they left. The next day though stains and spots started to re-appear, nothing really serious yet. The $90.00 fiber protector they sprayed on the carpet doesn't appear to be working properly, small amounts of dirt starting to show. Lets give it some extra time and see what happens.
The products get the carpet clean--not dingy looking and the man who did the work was very professional and worked hard.
The service tech came in and inspected the areas. Explained what he would be doing and got started right away. He was thorough and efficient. We are in a rent house and there were already some stains. Most of them were removed and the carpet is very clean.
