The work was done well. However, the customer service rep told me that I would get a call 2 days before the appointment. Thet did not happen. I was told the appointment on 1/25 was between 3:00-5:00 p.m. Instead the technician came at 11:00. He showed me the scheduled he was given. Had I received the call I would have known that there was a mix up on the time. It was a good thing that I worked from home that day. If not I would have missed the appointment in the 11:00 a.m. slot time.

I had a bad stain in my RV that several carpet cleaners had said could not be cleaned because of its age and prior cleaning attempts. Paul from Zerorez took one look at it and said he would do his best. The entire carpet looks brand new. You can even determine where the stain used to be. I won't ever call anybody else. Prompt, courteous, polite, and very effective. Thanks for giving me my motor home back.
