Technician arrived within the time frame scheduled. He explained every process in detail. He professionally answered all questions that were asked. He also gave a thorough, visual demonstration of an additional process and explained the price difference. I agreed to the additional service and was very pleased. After the cleaning, the carpet dried in the time frame of 4 t0 6 hours as promised. The carpet was very soft to the touch. Zerorez will be cleaning my carpets again in the future.

Very pleased with the company and the technician. Setting the appointment was easy, pleasant and the special pricing and promotion was explained cheerfully. This was our first cleaning with Zerorez and the method of service was explained and our questions answered.
The technician came to the house on schedule, inspected the job, explained in some more detail how the cleaning was done, and proceeded to work. There was no need for add-on cleaning, and the technician did not attempt to do that. Refreshing. The tile cleaning really freshened up the travertine floor and was ready for use in about an hour. The carpet did take about 12 hours to totally dry, but could be used after about 3 or 4. Carpet is soft, odorless, and vacuumed to like new texture, maybe even better.
We are quite satisfied with the company, the service, and the pricing.

This is the first time I've used Zerorez. Our carpet is very old so I wasn't expecting a miracle or anything. It looks great. Brad did an excellent job! He was extremely thorough in explaining your cleaning process. He really did a good job!

Tech was on-time, job was done quickly, and carpet was cleaned well. No damp aftersmell and the carpets were very soft after they dried. I vacuumed as usually do after cleaning to fluff up but carpets probably didn't even need to.

First of all the technician who met with my son was absolutely amazing, explaining in detail what's happening during a carpet clean and why we should NOT cut out the pet treatment, even working with us to ensure all 3 of our rooms were properly cleaned. The dry time was quicker than we've ever experienced, but the smell, or lack thereof had me smiling from ear to ear. When I walked in my home after work, I immediately noticed that there was no smell or residues left on my carpet. On previous cleans from other companies our home smelled awful after a clean, a mixture of the chemicals used and the odor from our pet stains, and remained that way until it dried. Our carpet feels soft, fluffy and clean and looks fantastic. Thank you Zerorez for doing a wonderful job on our carpet. We will definitely be a return customer and will forever be a word of mouth advertisement for you.
