I hired Zerorez because I have a baby and a toddler who are constantly playing on the floor and I wanted deep cleaning without compromising their safety from harsh detergents. The Zerorez rep who came out to clean our house was AMAZING. He was courteous and took an extra hour to try different stain removers on stubborn spots from the previous owners. Our carpets look fantastic, and I know he did the best possible job for us.

I made an appointment request online and Joshua quickly got in touch with me to arrange a time to come take a look at the carpets that we needed cleaned. I work M-F 8-5, so I appreciated that Joshua was willing to schedule this meeting in the evening or over the weekend...basically whenever was convenient for me. He clearly explained Zerorez services and costs. Don did a great job cleaning our carpets and I was really impressed with the tile cleaning he did in our master bath. I expect that I will soon be getting the rest of my tile cleaned! Joshua and Don were extremely professional and friendly and our carpets and tile look great!
