Gerardo and the pet carpet care services he provided have made our carpets look so much cleaner/better and have eliminated odors that had become an issue after our dog had accidents indoors due to her advanced age. absolutely will use them for carpet cleaning care in the future

The same guy has been to my house with Zerorez for over a year now. Great guy and does a thorough job. Used Stanley Steamer once before Zerorez, will never use SS ever again.

The carpet tech that came out was very professional and did a good job answering any questions I had. He seemed very knowledgeable about the issues I was concerned about and assured me that he would work at fixing them. It smelled so good throughout my house once he started cleaning! Before cleaning the stairs, he had me come check out the rooms he had finished. I couldn’t believe that he was able to get out the pet stains I had pointed out. Because our appointment was later in the day, we put on clean socks when we needed to walk on the damp carpet but by morning, it was dry and soft. Great experience and will use Zerorez again!
