I will be calling Zerorez again when we need our carpets cleaned. They did a great job. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly before he got to work. It didn't take very long at all and the carpets looked great. The carpet had no residue left on it just as they advertise. Our last carpet cleaning from another company did leave some residue and he was able to get rid of that as well. Definitely recommend!

Zerorez cleaned 3 rugs and they look great. When they were here I was pitched to purchase Microseal, their sealing stain/repellent. We agreed to have our sectional $150 and 1 rug $80 sealed. The process was lightly spraying a mist from a plastic spray bottle. In hindsight I would not have done this process. It was way overpriced for the process and amount of product used.

I like your product because it doesn’t seem to leave residue on the carpet and it dries quickly. The carpet cleaner I had was on time, courteous and definitely knew his product and had a lot of experience.
