I was able to schedule online. The representative texted ahead of time , and was prompt and polite. I pointed out an area of concern and he pre-treated with a spray. He got right to work-back bedroom, front bedroom, hallway and living room. The carpet looked so much better. I let the ceiling fans run until dry. Unlike a competitor who used chemicals that irritated the soles of my feet, once I changed to Zerotez, I have become a repeat customer of Zerorez. The pre-treated area cleaned up nicely. The carpet were thoroughly cleaned. There was no pressure to buy other products.
The negative was we were notified less than 24 hours before our appointment that carpet needed to be vacuumed prior to them arriving. The competitor we used before vacuumed prior to starting their process. It would have been a bit more convenient knowing that when I made the appointment 2 weeks before.
