He did the best job we have ever had done

Knowledgeable and my rug looks like new.

We sold our home and the movers were 3 hours late. Carpet rep. couldn’t do carpets because of movers.

So the representative said he would make an exception and came back the next day at 7am to clean carpets!

The new owners were taking possession the day he cleaned the carpets.

So thankful for their flexibility and understanding!

Carpets looked fantastic!!!

Consistency and availability.
What I didn't like?
The up selling of services.

Very professional and timely. The technician gave us suggestions on future visits and what to do in between

Services were transparent and did the job quickly.

Somehow, Zerorez get these carpets cleaner than any other carpet cleaning company that I’ve tried. I have tried many competitors. Zerorez does the trick every time, and dogs living in the country get extremely dirty!
