Easy schedule, prompt response and good outcome

My technician was polite, thorough, and diligent. He went above and beyond while servicing our home, paid close attention to detail, and completed the work promptly and professionally. I was very pleased with the quality of the service and would definitely recommend Zerorez Austin!

Very Knowledgeable, rightly priced and honest company. They were thorough with the entire woolen area rug cleaning process.

Water extraction, no soap for a clean no-residue cleaning

I absolutely love this company! They have been to our home twice already this year, and I will continue using them at least three times a year. With a pet, three young children, and my need to keep everything extremely clean, our carpets are constantly being put to the test. My children are adorable during the day, but somehow turn into little gremlins at night who spill everything imaginable!

The technician who came to our home was amazing. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made our carpets look incredible. He also applied a special protectant that makes spills and stains much easier to remove. I was told it is the same type of product used on airplanes and that very few carpet-cleaning companies offer it.

Since having it applied, my kids have spilled numerous things on their carpets, and the stains have come out every time. That alone has saved me so much stress and probably saved us from eventually having to replace the carpet.

Their prices are affordable, the results are fantastic, and the service is exceptional. If you have children, pets, or simply want your carpets to stay looking beautiful, this company is absolutely worth calling. I recommend them without hesitation!

On time and did a good job.

I’ve been using Zerorez every other year, and I’m always pleased with their service. The technicians are professional, friendly, and thorough. My carpets look and smell so much cleaner afterward. The entire process is easy, from scheduling to completion. I definitely recommend Zerorez and will continue using them!

Great service and very clean carpets

Called in my request on a Friday, got to talk with Dana and she had availability the same day, my dog had unfortunately had an opposite on my area rug, and I needed my carpet in the rest of the house cleaned anyways.

Later that day I was greeted by Kyle that’s a great guy, if you need anything done request that gentlemen, he’s straight to the point and very honest, which is hard to find in companies these days. Great job guys, will definitely be using in the future for when I need my carpet done again.

The technicians are always kind, professional, and thorough. Carpets look and feel renewed!
