Antonio was super thorough and informative. He explained everything he was doing, made recommendations applicable to our specific needs and practices, asked a lot of questions to understand what we do as a company and the specific types of wear our carpet experiences. He was beyond polite and professional and did a really great job. Out carpet had not been cleaned in a couple of years and we are a pediatric therapy clinic. He had his work cut out for him and our carpets look almost new. The price and the service were outstanding and we will definitely use Zerorez again!
