He was very professional and patient and explained everything and did not seemed rushed in any way and yet finished very quickly. It was clearly not his first rodeo as he was very knowledgable and efficient and an overall great representative. The flooring looked way better when he finished and we are very pleased with how well the Zerorez products cleaned what was very dirty flooring.

I am very pleased with the results of cleaning our carpets. I had tried to remove some spots myself, the spots disappeared but the cleaner left circles. Zerorez restored my carpet! The technician was very nice and communicative. The process was neat and respectful to our home. It was easy to schedule the appointment. I found it to be a very good value.

The clean carpets

The young man did an excellent job on my carpet and my furniture. I have had the carpet cleaned before but this was the first time I have actually seen the difference. He did an amazing job. Kudos to him.
