He went above and beyond to solve the stain issues. He didn't charge me extra for the treatment that would have normally cost extra. He took the time and got the stains out. I was referred to Zerorez by my daughter In Law and I was a little hesitant but the after revealing difference from other products I had used in the past, was so amazing and satisfying.
