Alex did a wonderful job with our floors. I thought that one of the carpeted rooms was hopeless because of bad pet stains and odors, but by the time Alex finished the job, the carpet was CLEAN and everything smelled so nice and FRESH. He also cleaned the grout in the kitchen, and the floor looks fantastic. We are definitely going to use Zerorez again. I have a few more rooms that need attention, and I've decided that I am going to have them come once a year to do the tile. The results are that good. Thank you Alex and Zerorez for making my home look so nice!

Carpet looked great after cleaning, and I think that it will stay cleaner longer with no soap residue. Technician was friendly, on time, and obviously good at his job. Scheduling was easy and pleasant. Pricing was reasonable, and I was charged exactly what I had been told over the phone.

Y'all had amazing customer service. After my initial call resulted in some confusion about where my home was within your service area, the follow up was pretty astounding, every employee I talked to checked back in to make sure I was happy. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and even accepted a hug from my dog (she's a little weird). The carpets were amazing and looked just as good as new! I would definitely recommend your company and will definitely be calling again for any more cleaning needs!!

Although Brad's previous appointment ran over, he did a quality job for me when he arrived. The process is awesome. The empowered water really got the spots out of our carpet. The tile cleaning left the grout looking much cleaner. I referred you to my neighbor before Brad left the property. Will definitely refer you guys to anyone needing carpet or tile cleaned. Brad is a quality representative for your company. He works hard and is very pleasant to be around. Give him a raise or bonus.
