My carpet is old and was pretty matted down but you guys were able to fluff it up and clean what I thought was impossible to clean!

I liked the professionalism of the cleaning crew. After searching for a company, I was impressed with the idea of using empowered water and no harsh chemicals. Once the carpet was cleaned the house smells and feels fresh and clean with no lingering after smell.
