Although Brad's previous appointment ran over, he did a quality job for me when he arrived. The process is awesome. The empowered water really got the spots out of our carpet. The tile cleaning left the grout looking much cleaner. I referred you to my neighbor before Brad left the property. Will definitely refer you guys to anyone needing carpet or tile cleaned. Alex did a wonderful job with our floors. I thought that one of the carpeted rooms was hopeless because of bad pet stains and odors, but by the time Alex finished the job, the carpet was CLEAN and everything smelled so nice and FRESH. He also cleaned the grout in the kitchen, and the floor looks fantastic. We are definitely going to use Zerorez again. I have a few more rooms that need attention, and I've decided that I am going to have them come once a year to do the tile. The results are that good. Thank you Alex and Zerorez for making my home look so nice!
