What a company! Professional, timely and do a phenomenal job! I had my carpets cleaned, which made them look brand new. Then had them back out to remove the layers of mop and glo from my wood!

Actual service was great. Only negative was that I was quoted for two rooms over the phone (living room & office) and once the technician got here, I was told it had to be 3 rooms. I would have liked a disclaimer when I booked so I don’t feel like I was bit and switched.

Excellent service and a great job getting rid of the skunk order on the sofa, rug, and hardwood floor.

The service was done on time and thoroughly. Any pet stains are gone and even the big traffic areas are much better. The price is reasonable and my carpet looks almost new again!

I would like take this opportunity first, to acknowledge the office personnel Tori and Angela for their assistance in setting up my initial appointment. They were a pleasure to work with!! I also would be remissed if I didn't mention the Service Tech Paul, for his expertise in cleaning our carpet and tile.
My wife and I moved to Austin two years ago from El Paso and after searching for a carpet cleaning company we could trust to do a good job, we finally found Zero Rez. They will continue to do our carpet and tile cleaning into the future.

The gentleman that came out was very nice and efficient.

From scheduling the appointment, to receiving a confirmation phone call two days ahead, and a phone call from the service technician 30 minutes before arriving, the entire experience was great. My carpet looked and smelled great afterwards. Also had bathroom tile grout cleaned. It wasn't bad to begin with, but I could tell a difference. I will use this company again and definitely recommend them. Thanks Zerorez!
