I haven't gotten my rugs back yet, but I expect they will be awesome! I was given a 4 hour window, but then I was called 30 minutes before they arrived. Both guys that showed up (Alex and I don't remember the other one's name) were professional, courteous, friendly, informative, and put booties on their shoes to protect my floors! Wow! They explained how the rugs would be cleaned, gave me the pricing, carefully moved my furniture and rolled my rugs up to take them to be cleaned. They informed me it would take about a week, and they would bring them back and put them back down where they found them. I can't wait to get them back all nice and clean!

Honesty, to tell me what to expect before he performed the service... Didn't over sell. The process was quick,without water residue.the dry time was better than expected.. The guy was extremely courteous, personable and professional.

The tech that went to my house was polite and did not mind the questions that I had. Also my carpet looks great. Some of the stains did not come off but I expected that due to the type of stains.

Fast and friendly service! We got the pet cleaner for additional coverage for some pee stains we had in the carpet. The man one I was wanting go looks like it got bigger due to 'flushing' the area. Aside from that, I would recommend the service.

They do a good job of removing stains and bring back life to the carpet.

All of the stains and walk paths were removed from the carpet. It looked as good as new. Zerorez cleaned our carpet better than any prior company.

I asked for first available for two houses carpet cleaning and then booked me for the next day and day after. Technicians were right on time and quick in their work.

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. My carpet and tile look clean and smell fresh. I don't have to worry about my children being around harsh chemicals.

The rep was very professional. He got right to work after giving us what the price will be. We have a dog so we had the pet treatment. It has been a week and walking on the carpet barefooted is like walking on new carpet. Compared to the cleaning last year by another carpet cleaner which felt sticky.
