The carpets are REALLY clean. While he was working, they looked like the pictures, dark strip next to a light strip! Paul was very careful as he worked so no water got on adjoining hardwood. He was pleasant and diligent

I like the no use of soap, just water to deep clean our carpet. The techs always show up on time and get the job done quickly. The carpet is dry in 6 hours with no residue. And the stairs look like brand new carpet!

Alex was our technician and he was very professional and thorough. He didn't use soap, his equipment removed residue of soap from "previous" cleaning, and removed most of the water so our carpet wasn't too wet and dried quickly. He also cleaned our tile and I was very happy with the results.
We can't believe how clean our carpet is!! And, how new it looks. The stains from our old cocker spaniel were beyond help and I couldn't see how they could be cleaned up again. And, you did it without using chemicals. Most chemicals bother me and I wasn't looking forward to having any of the other carpet cleaning companies come in because of their potent carpet chemicals. The tech was super nice, and very helpful deciding what to do about my tile. We definitely will call you back again when our carpet needs to be cleaned again.
The rep was very professional. He got right to work after giving us what the price will be. We have a dog so we had the pet treatment. It has been a week and walking on the carpet barefooted is like walking on new carpet. Compared to the cleaning last year by another carpet cleaner which felt sticky.
