The company that previously cleaned my carpet left it very wet and so full of soap residue that it quickly became dirty again. When I first heard of Zerorez on the radio, I knew you were the company to hire, but you were not in the Austin area yet. I even called to ask if you would send a technician if I asked some friends to give you a full day of business. I was politely turned down.
I recently saw one of your trucks in my subdivision and looked you up. Only a mile from my home!
The technician was great! I have chemical sensitivities, so I had no reaction to the smell. In fact, the scent was wonderful! The following day I meant to say to my husband, “The carpet looks beautiful!” Instead, I accidentally said, “The new carpet looks beautiful!”
