They were prompt and did the job quickly. I did not like the tile floor cleaning. It could have been the cleaner, but the floor looked like it had a film on it. It is pretty smudgy looking now.

Well, I had blood and dog vomit on the newly cleaned carpets 24 hours after the cleaning and I was able to wipe it up and no stains were left! So glad I had the scotch-guard treatment.

My carpet is old and was pretty matted down but you guys were able to fluff it up and clean what I thought was impossible to clean!

You guys did an excellent job on the old carpet in my Grandma's house! There were mystery stains and a lot of wear that your process cleaned and freshened right up. The price was great too!
