The technician, Ben Frie... was willing to try some options to see if he could remove enough of a very old pet stain from an upholstered chair to let us continue to use the chair with a favorite and difficult to replace fabric. He answered all of our questions about the company and the process used. He explained things well and was careful with the use of products and mechanical hoses etc.
His colleague who does rug cleaning was helpful in explaining that process and after some more thinking about cleaning our older but valued Oriental rugs we will likely have them cleaned as well.

Beau was very friendly and open. Did a great job of explaining why the Company believes it is better for home owners rugs. Showed us a few times the effect of partially done rooms. No chemicals used

I have used your services twice and have been completely satisfied each time. Ben cleaned my carpets this time and he was very thorough. I was away from home and had my parents let him in my house. He went above and beyond by calling me when he arrived, texted me pictures of the rooms he completed and the amount of dirt he was able to get out of my carpet, and then called me again when he was finished and gave me a detailed explanation of what he did. I am getting married this Friday so it was very important that my carpets looked great. Thanks to Ben and Zerorez, you’ve put a big smile on this bride’s face! My carpets look AMAZING!! I will continue to use Zerorez and refer people who are looking for a good clean.

No chemicals or residue

First I would like to say that Ben who cleaned our carpet is an excellent representative for you company. When asked about the truck equipment and chemicals he took the time to show and explain everything, very good social skills, and then did a great job cleaning the carpets. We have a 130 lb German Shepard who has run of the house, and it has been a very long time since the carpet was last cleaned, and the results were way better than we expected.

I believe people who came to clean the house were very professional and knowledgeable about the service and tools. While they showed us what else they can offer and do with the house, they did not try to oversell it and did not pressurize to buy. Liked their attitude and commitment.

Zerorez was extremely prompt in responding to my initial inquiry. The tech was really informative and took the extra time to explain the services for that day as well as talked to us about other service options for the future. Cleaned a small portion of floor so I could see what the end result would be -able to then make a decision whether or not to continue with service. The cost was fair , calculated before the service was performed.

Good green clean

Movers called ahead to verify their ETA, arrived on time, and immediately introduce themselves. They went right to work, packed items securely, and loaded very efficiently. When they arrived at our new home, they unloaded and unpacked items, put them in place, connected washer and dryer, refrigerator and even relocated a second fridge in the garage. They performed a walk around to be sure we were happy with their work, explained the extra charges that were incurred unexpectedly. They thanked us for our business, and departed. We were very impressed with our overall moving experience, and will enthusiastically recommend Einstein Moving Co. at every opportunity! Thank you!
