The service was wonderful at pick-up and delivery of my three large Tibetan rugs. My furniture was carefully moved and replaced both at pick up and delivery. My 30+ year old, well used rugs looked nearly like new with the colors restored and even set-in stains gone. I've sent out five more Tibetan rugs to be cleaned by Zerorez and I recommend them without qualification.
Very safe and fragrant free products made my home feel like it had been sanitized. Carpet looked great. The two men who came out were very professional and knowledgeable about carpet. I was very impressed with Alex. Will definitely use this company again! I was very please with their work.
It was our first time trying ZeroRez and we loved the results! The carpets were soft and odor free when they dried...no crunchy carpet or heavy deodorizer smell, just clean. The grout cleaning on the tile was wonderful and saved me so much time and effort. We will definitely use ZeroRez again.

We love our carpets. This company is professional and no hidden fees. The quote over the phone was spot on to what was quoted when we had them come out for an estimate. They also scheduled and completed the job in a timely fashion. We are extremely pleased and they are highly recommended.
Technition was very friendly and helpful when he arrived and I still had not finished moving some items out of one room that needed cleaning. Even with that slight delay, he had all three bedrooms, a hallway and the stairs looking bright, fresh and with a gentle clean smell throughout the house in no time. He also evaluated two large area rugs and explained the best and safeiest method to clean each rug. One he could do on site at the house and the other he took back to the shop for a more detailed cleaning because of some pet order problems.
All in all he did a nice job on my 22 year old carpets, was very efficient, friendly and was in and out in a couple of hours.
