The technician that came to our house was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what certain spots looked like, and whether they would come out or not. For instance, part of our carpet had been bleached by the use of something with oxygen in it and he showed us the carpet fibers.
Within four hours, they carpet was dry enough to walk on. I was happy that there were no chemicals used and our carpets are truly clean.

Not only are the solutions used safe and natural, there is no strong smelling or crusty residue. The guys were both very knowledgeable and professional. They did an amazing job on our very old carpet! I have managed to keep our 30 year old carpets (bedrooms only) looking decent by regular steam cleaning with our Rainbow and occasional professional cleaning. I have wanted to replace the carpet with wood floors (like the rest of the house) for years, but couldn't afford it. I heard about Zerorez, and all of the benefits of using natural products, on the radio and I called for a quote. There was a short wait on hold and I learned from a recorded message that duct cleaning was one of the services that Zerorez offers, and ours had NEVER been cleaned! Since the carpets would only $20 more than the company that I'd been using, I decided that I should give it a try. Those guys removed spots that other professionals couldn't and there was no heavy perfume smell. I was very pleased with the discounts given because of having multiple services. The antimicrobial duct fog was done at their cost for the all-natural product, which was a blessing! I will recommend Zerorez to all of my friends and family!

Beau was very informative and answered all my questions. The day was perfect for carpet cleaning. Your process didn't soak the carpet. I was able to open the windows and turn on the fans and could walk on the carpet without getting my socks wet within 2 hours. I waited until the next morning to replace chairs and tables. I had some nasty pet stains but with an additional step (WELL worth the extra cost) carpet looks fabulous! Wouldn't have anyone else clean my carpets.
