No soaps or chemicals. The technician had us check every room before moving to the next. We had our tile/grout steam cleaned along with the carpet. I highly recommend it!
The technician was very thorough with the job but also explaining the process. Our carpets look amazing for being off white and almost 18 years old. I will definitely be using them again.
The process was very effective. We got a new puppy a few months ago and he had a lot of accidents on our carpet. After Zerorez came, the bad odor was eliminated and the spots were improved exponentially. Also, the gentleman that serviced our home was very polite and thoroughly explained everything to us.
