My carpets had severe pet stains and odors such that we had plans to replace them within the next year. Javier treated the severe staining and the carpets look, feel, and smell almost as good as new. As a result we may keep the carpets!

My technician was the best! Took care of all the pet stains and was very professional and friendly.
They communicate well. The people are friendly. They do a great job and leave my carpet much nicer than when they arrived! :) The carpet dries pretty quickly and feels so much better, not stiff like other cleaning companies.
Rugs were taken offsite and delivered back on the date promised and they look amazing! Sofa cleanings were also great.

I LOVE the feel and smell of the carpet after you clean. It doesn't have that hard, crackly, stiff chemical feel that other carpet cleaners use. I have used your services 3 times and I am so very happy with your staff also. They are always polite and helpful!

We had a great experience with Zerorez. The showed up during the expected window and completed the work in a timely manner. The cleaner was knowledgeable and worked diligently all on his own. I also had my kitchen tiles cleaned as part of a special from Spirit 105.9. I would highly recommend this company and we will utilize them again in the future.
The pet treatment was a miracle! Also, the large brush machine that picked up for from my NEO who passed away 3 years ago. House smells clean and refreshed.
