The overall experience was great and our carpet looks outstanding!

Our carpet looks almost brand new. Nearly every soiled spot was removed. Our tech was on time, friendly, talked with us about what he was going to do and showed us how the carpet was looking as he went along. Our carpet had only been cleaned once in 12 years. Will recommend the company and the tech.

Your team was very informative and courteous. The tile which has natural crevices which dirt and grime get into, looks almost brand new! My wife like the fact little or no chemicals are used in your process.

The customer service was really great! I really enjoyed working with Jordan; he offered solutions for my hallway carpet that seems permanently stained with high-traffic dirt and wear and tear. I took his suggestion to try the roller brush clean and it really highly improved the look of that area; better than any other carpet cleaner we've ever tried. I also love how fast the carpet dried and felt afterward; it wasn't crunchy to walk on, it just felt clean! I highly recommend Zerorez!

Team is timely, thoroughly and efficient. Carpets are soft, my daughter called them fluffy.

I strongly expected our white sectional to be unsalvageable but you were able to extract red wine stains, cat fur and various other detritus. I really thought it was time for a new one but now I think it's got a couple years life left in it! Well done.
