No came in, and was very thorough with the floor cleaning. He was also extremely nice.
The guys were very personable and paid special attention to the spots we pointed out. I liked that they offered to come back out if some spots "popped" back up after the carpets dried. And when some did, all it took was a quick phone call for them to schedule coming back out!

Zerorez as a company is awesome, even before they clean anything. On time, kind, full of integrity and good character. They do good work on carpet too! We've had them at our church and our home and have been happy in both places. The lack of sticky carpet
We loved the quality of the work performed on our tile, grout and carpets. Our tile and grout have never looked this clean since they were first installed. Their carpet cleaner also worked incredibly well to bring new life to our old carpets. We never smelled anything during or after the cleaning. I also have to say that the technicians aiden and Bobby who came to our home were very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and concerns. Thanks so much!
