I've had my sofa cleaned before with another company and I felt as it did not remove pet odor. However, when Zerorez cleaned my sofa, the pet odor was completely gone. So thankful!

Stephan was super - courteous, efficient, professional, and a true gentleman. Carpets look and smell great! The complimentary tile cleaning made a huge difference! I will be using your company to clean the stone tile in my house soon as well!

This is my second time using Zerorez and I am a customer for life! I am very pleased with the outcome and I would definitely recommend this company. Fast, professional, and beautiful results. I also liked that they use a special kind of water, or treated water, instead of carpet shampoo, helps with long term results! The lady who scheduled our appointment was extremely nice, professional, and was able to answer all my questions!

Ben and Bobby were very professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets.
My only complaint would be that after the tile dried there was white residue on the tile. I steam cleaned the tile again with just water assuming it was left over solution. Although that got most of it, it was still there. Can you let me know what is the best way to get that removed from the tile?

Great service! I appreciate the chemical/soap free process! It was a very cold damp day, but the carpets dried quickly! B McKee did a great job and was very professional!

Aidan was awesome! He arrived at our home, observed our carpets with us, explained his process, pricing matched the quote I was given at the time I scheduled the appointment, and he did such a thorough job getting our carpets cleaned - including our stairs! This was our second time using Zerorez and we were very pleased. Drying time was just as he said and our carpets feel like new! Thank you Aidan for doing such a great job!!

I liked that Adan was very pleasant and took the time to explain to me the services and did exactly what he said that he was going to do and provided me with the pricing upfront so that I had a clear undestanding of how much it was going to be. No hidden charges.
