This is the best carpet cleaning method I've ever seen! They were able to get old dried playdoh, red cool air, and other insane stains my kids left. In some cases those stains were 2 years old and it got it out!

This is the second time i’ve used Zerorez o clean my rugs. I haven’t gotten my rug back yet and will give another feedback when I do, but the process to have my rug picked up certainly deserves a 10. I needed to have the rug picked up the next day after I called and all the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. This important piece of their customer service is just what I experienced the first time I used Zerorez.

Had the carpet, tile, and furniture cleaned today(1 dog 3 cats and 3 roomies in my condo). Was able to get them in with only a 3 day notice. The technician, Steph, was very efficient and informative. He explained the entire process and answered all my questions. It took a couple of hours due to everything he had to do but the results are fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend Zerorez of Austin.
