We had a very good experience using ZeroRez - it was easy to schedule and the person who came to perform the work was prompt, knowledgeable, and effective. We contacted ZeroRez because our puppy had some accidents during her potty training and the carpet in our bedroom was in particularly bad shape. At the employee's recommendation, we did a level 1 treatment for pets and afterwards, it's like we have brand new carpet. Totally worth it and highly recommend. Now we're crossing our fingers that our pup will be able to hold it since she's a bit older, but even if there is an accident, this experience has given us peace of mind that we would be able to restore the carpet as if it never happened.

I'd never heard of this company before but enjoyed doing business with them. Do to the age of the carpet al stains were not removed but it was a noticeable night and day difference!!

Stephan was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The actual carpet cleaning was fast, efficient and had excellent results! The carpets are almost 20 years old and Stephan got them looking brand new! And it was completely dry in about 5 hours! Bonus!
The technician, Jose, was punctual, friendly, and worked diligently to remove stains from carpet in a closet and 2 rooms. He only did what was necessary as to not incur unnecessary charges for us. I will definitely use Zerorez again and highly recommend them!

Thought I had stains and they came out with a regular job.
I was so happy with the experience because as a single mom I had a mouse in my truck, the good new was the snack buffet was gone and I called Zerorez to help. The guy on the phone was helpful to give advice about getting rid of the mouse as I had tried all the market options. He also assured me that I would be getting the truck cleaned mouse or no mouse. The quote over the phone was accurate. The service man Stefan was so great he was patient with me being late as most toddler parent understand. When he was finished he asked me if I was satisfied and let me point out a few hidden spots on my truck that only the truck owner would know about, under the seats, in between and the hidden back side that was covered by the truck bed-lining. Stefan was kind a patient and I felt like he was honestly happy to help me sanitizer my truck from the mouse germs. My son loved the orange smell when he got out of PK3 that day. As a person highly concerned about toxic cleaning chemicals I loved that the services was removing more than it added. I am so grateful to you guys and sending lots of love light!

My carpet looks like new even though it had been two years since a cleaning. My beige carpet had blackish markings in the high traffic lane of our stairwell and it was obvious! You would never know now. Our tech even removed three pet stains that a previous cleaning service was unable to get rid of two years ago. I will definitely use you all again. Thank you!
