Our zerorez guy did a great job and worked with our budget and what we really needed. He was very friendly and had great energy.
Initially, it was a very tough situation. They had to reschedule twice on me and it was upsetting. However, they were extremely apologetic and the manager, Brad, personally ended up coming out and cleaning himself. He brought a coworker, Justin, to help as well. They were very kind and they definitely made it right. The staff was very cordial and helpful, even when the situation wasn’t ideal. My carpet felt incredible afterward; none of that gross feeling residue while it was still wet, like I’ve felt with other cleaners. The carpet was soft after it dried as well, not crusty like others. They got all of my Siberian Husky’s fur up from my carpet (which I didn’t know was possible). I would 100% recommend Zerorez.
