Jordan was fantastic! He was very informative on carpet cleaning. He explained the process of removing any stains and cleaning. He also picked up a oriental rug. He actually schooled me on the rugs fiber, color, stitching and stains. I would highly recommend Zerorez again. Very friendly and professional.
