So far, your system seems to be working. My carpet
dried in about 4 hours and it looks great. There appear
to be some stains bleeding through though. I don't know,
but it may take another treatment or so. All in all, the
service was great, Jordan was very informative and professional.

You know how your carpet feels when "other" companies clean it? Crunchy. Yeah, it crunches when you walk on it from the soap and chemicals. Not Zerorez! I just got my couch and carpets cleaned today. There is a noticeable soft, fluffy feel to it! It's very clean and no residue. I always use Zerorez personally and refer to all my real estate clients. The customer service is always spectacular. The manager Brad himself is friendly, professional and works hard, as well as the rest of his crew! Zerorez does not disappoint!
