Paul was on time and he sent a text to let me know when he would be here. He went through the rooms I wanted done and came back and explained what he was charging for and told me the total. The carpets extremely dirty and he spent a lot of time working on them . They look wonderful and I am very happy with your service. John was polite and courteous the entire time he spoke to me. You need to add the ability to tip when paying with a card.
