The technician was prompt and when he came in, he assessed the rooms went over the options on upgrades if I wanted them and gave me the prices. He took his time in each room making sure he cleaned the carpet well and got the majority of the water back out! Carpets were to touch dry in about 3 hrs and by the time we went to bed you could easily walk sock footed and keep those socks dry! The carpet feels nice and clean, but doesn’t have that overly fake clean smell to them which is great! The tile he cleaned looks fantastic as well! Great company!

Prompt service and quality service.

We get our carpets cleaned quarterly, and even though they’re 10 years old and weren’t cleaned in the first 9 years (we have only lived here a year!) they now look brand new! We have 6 kids and 4 pets, so our carpet takes a beating. Love being able to keep them looking new without the harmful chemicals.

I love that the technicians were respectful and did their work in a timely manner. The results are utterly amazing. I had several stains in one of my bedrooms and to my amazement, they all came out!!
