Friendly, knowledgeable employees who came on time and did a great job! I like that there are no chemicals on my carpets, and the carpet looks great! He showed me how much dirt and dog hair he got out of a small section of carpet, which helps me realize how important this cleaning is. Also, when you call for an appointment, a human being answers the phone and was very helpful scheduling my appointment and answering any questions.
My carpets look amazing and staff was very friendly. I will definitely use them again and refer my neighbors.

You did a great job on our carpets. I appreciated the free tile cleaning of my kitchen. However, there were still areas that did not get cleaned well the first time. I was very impressed that you sent someone back out to re-clean. Jordan was very personable and did an excellent job on the re-clean. We will definitely use you again down the road.

Zerorez cleans pet stains the best. The stains don't return after Zerorez cleans the carpet, like it did with other companies.
Excellent service and Jordan was fabulous both times he came out. I love the different treatment options and everything was cleaned very well. We did have an issue with pet odor returning but Jordan explained explained that could happen based on the treatment option I initially selected, and he was able to come out the second time and get rid of it with a more aggressive treatment. He was extremely detailed and thorough in his cleaning. I have already recommended your services to several people and we will definitely use you again.
