On-time, thorough, no chemicals
Efficient and personable team did a superior job of cleaning my carpet; including some pet-stained areas. I really like the lack of residue that merely attracts and holds more dirt. The only downside is that the final cost is far higher than competing companies.

Great customer service. Easy to schedule an appointment. Technician showed up on time and answered all my questions. He was done before the scheduled time and he was also very nice.
Everything was great. Most of the stains came out. Javier explained everything fully as to why certain stains would not come out. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future. Carpet looks wonderful.
Quality work every time and great technicians
I rate a 9 only because of one thing. I have found a lack of communication at times with the receptionist answering the phone and the emails at times. I have addressed this and am expecting better service paying better attention to details.
With regard to the quality of work, it's outstanding! I'd rate a 10 on this! Having been in the Real Estate Community for over 20+ years (I'm a Real Estate Broker/Owner of Texas Platinum Properties) and have used many contractors, Zerorez has been by far the best and I will continue to use them. My favorite service rep is Aiden Frazier and I request only him. His boss Brad McKee is also outstanding. I'm the type of person once I find a good quality service company and rep, I am very loyal until they do me wrong.
Chemical free process and great staff
The team was onsite early and was very professional. I had a few rugs in the house but I had another rug in my second house, the team took the effort and drove to the other house and collected the rug at the before leaving. Everything about my cleaning went as promised. Tech called ahead. My appointment was on time as promised. My carpet is cleaner than I expected. Tech was very professional and made sure I was pleased before he finished and left.

I have been using Zerorez since they came to Austin. I am very happy with the company and the quality of the cleaning. This latest cleaning, Stephan , was the BEST carpet cleaner I have had in over 30 years! He was very professional, he listened to my concerns and addressed them. He went above and beyond and I am very happy with the service. I like the no chemicals, as I keep my Grandchildren and do not like chemicals.
