If I had an issue it would be with the call center. I called several weeks ago to get a basic introduction and estimate.
At that time, I was given a cost $99 minumum for 3 rooms. Since I only have two rooms of carpet I was still happy with the price. That person told me that the cleaner would vacuum and move furniture.
When I called last week to schedule, the price had escalated and if I wanted it 'really' clean, there would be an upcharge for some rotating brush service, no vacuuming prior to cleaning and all furniture except the bed could be moved. That's a bait and switch tactic and implies that without the extra brush business, the cleaning is only marginal. I organized the cleaning for a friend who is undergoing chemo therapy and of course I wanted it cleaned as well as possible. Ben told me that the service techs are instructed to not move any furniture for risk of injury or causing damage, which makes a lot of sense.
I personally ended up moving everything because I wanted the best outcome and vacuumed twice myself before Ben arrived.
It's disconcerting when there is inconsistency in the information provided and cleaning isn't cleaning without an upgrade/upcharge.

The carpet looked amazing after the cleaning. The results were much better than I expected. But the tile cleaning did not have as good results. I signed up for the $119 special but ended up paying over $200. Overall, it was worth it.

Technician worked hard and was informative throughout the entire service.
I like that my carpet feels clean afterwards and not sticky or crunchy.
No chemical smell; dried quickly; carpet looks and feels great.
Only negative comment is regarding the tile cleaning as the corners and wall/tile edges were not touched and therefore not clean. Noticeable especially as the rest of the tile and grout are nice and clean.

Brad did such an amazing job. He was really nice and professional and took direction very well. He was knowledgeable and patient with answering the endless questions I had. He was respectful of my furniture and kept me informed as he made his way through my home.
He made sure to go over tough areas until I was satisfied.

Pet flooder thing was cool, also the essential oils were a nice touch.

The rug was good for a few days then the smells began coming thru again. It was good while we had company and that’s really what I wanted.

Paul (?) is very knowledgeable and does a good job. Only negative comment is that for some reason the road where the truck was parked was stained this time (didn’t happen last time). Not sure if something unexpectedly spilled? The rains washed most of it away so no longer an issue but was just a surprise. I do plan to have my carpets cleaned by your company regularly still. :-)

Carpets look better then they have in years and they stay looking clean for months despite 4 large dogs running and playing on it. With other carpet cleaning companies the carpet looks dingy again within a week or two.
