The carpet looks very clean! The tile grout looks much better, but I was hoping for a little more. I had them come with the $118 special. (And I did add 2 rugs) but ended up paying over $400. I felt a little ‘nickel & dimed’ in the end. But overall they did s great job.
I heard from you all from 105.9 radio station. On the phone, you all weren't so accommodating on schedule and wasn't clear on price. However, I gave you a 10 because Aiden who met me at property was so professional and wonderful to explain the process that he won my heart. I will use you all again but with the request of only using Aiden. He's what saved you! As far as the cleaning, it was wonderful. Another company couldn't get the pet smell out of carpet but Zerorez did!
