Kyle and his team, Brad and Alex, were PHENOMENAL! They swept in a really took charge of the situation, educated me on what needed to be done and then took care of me like a Queen. I felt taken care of every step of the way, which I really appreciated since I was so anxious about the flooding in my home while we were trying to put our house on the market. And even though they were not able to get the mildew smell 100% out of the carpet, they did their best and I would use y'all again in a heartbeat. I'm looking forward to being able to refer you to my friends and family.

It has been over a week since Zerorez Austin came to my home and did my carpet and it still looks amazing. I was ready to throw my carpet out and put tile flooring, but now I don't have to. My carpet has 18 years of use. I was ready to replace it because of the worn walk paths. But your representative did such a great job bringing back to life, ill be able to hold off a bit longer. The gentlemen performing the cleaning we courteous and professional. Mostly they were very thorough in cleaning my house. I'll definately be using them for all future carpet cleaning.

The technician was great. Explained process well and was friendly and professional. My only complaint was that the switch plate upstairs where the machine was plugged in got cracked and there was blue on the wall where the blue tube rubbed. It would not alter my opinion of the service. Thanks.
