Our travel trailer has been at your shop since November 6th for an appointment on November 7.
After 6 weeks at your shop I don’t even have an estimate of the cost for repair work and no one answers the phone when I call. I occasionally get a text telling me an estimate is coming - but nothing has come by email or text to date.
I truly feel like I need to take a day off from my job to drive to the location to see if I can get an answer - and it shouldn’t be like that. The simple act of calling an owner and talking to them goes a long way.
Your people are so nice. Your problem is your phone system. Please fix it !

We had seen a particular used fifth wheel prior to arrival, Mike took us to view 2 trailers we were interested in - gave us time to look them over and discuss them both. There was no pressure and it was a comfortable and efficient process. We had been back to conduct financial business and then again to go through the trailer prior to picking it up. The staff at Alpin Haus Oak Ridge are friendly and helpful would recommend this dealership!

“Communicate” I shouldn’t have to contact Oak Ridge and or Port Jarvis to find out the status of warrantee repairs that had to be made from date of sale. May 2023 will be one year. I guess I’ll just continue to contact you every 3 to 5 weeks to find out the status. Both service departments definitely needed a little cleanup in customer relations. Everybody apologizes, but still nothing gets done in a timely matter. I don’t care how busy you get don’t make promises that can’t be kept.

From Charles our salesman to the entire staff making the decision to buy our RV was easy and relaxing. There was never any heavy selling just straight up information that we asked about the RV. The Service department is exceptional as well as the personnel in the Store. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for all our RV needs.

Great service and employees are great also
I was charged $1000 for camper prep and I'm not sure what "prep" really means. When I got the camper home there was caulk spread on the floor, there were scratches in many locations on the cabinets. The floor vents contained saw dust and a metal piece from when they cut the hole in the metal HVAC duct. The closed and bathroom doors did not close correctly, and the entry door required adjusting to close. The nails on the ceiling were covered with caulk but required wiping down to get rid of the residual caulk. There was a gap between the wall and the floor in the bedroom floor and the bedroom cabinet drawers were not installed correctly.
Although these issues were fixed, I feel that Alpin Haus should had taken time to go over the camper to ensure these issues were corrected prior to delivering the camper to me.
Impossible to get someone to answer the phone.

Service dept personnel in Port Jervis location are absolutely wonderful to deal with. I have dealt with Louis, he is awesome and Mark, also awesome. These guys will keep you posted about parts on order and will get your rig in and out on time.

Highly recommend working with the Alpin Haus professionals if you wish to buy an RV. All were very helpful and responsive and so nice to work with.
They have a great inventory and their own service and parts center. We are very happy with our new RV.

Friendly team members were ready to answer all my questions, I felt they genuinely cared about my concerns and are willing to go the extra mile. We even had many laughs during the transaction. The follow up was excellent and never skipped a beat.
