Long list brought it in for a list of problems brand new camper . My credit card gets charged I had to find out through a statement . No phone call about it it was there for roof seal problems and I got charged for the sealant after being told it was warranted .
Then my keys were lost and got told the tech is off and we would have to find out on Monday . Got told we don’t usually take keys meanwhile when I dropped it off at the port jervis location I gave you guys the keys .
And when brought the camper around the battery was stone dead . And it’s a brand new camper used once before I discovered all the problems !!! Not happy at all !!!

I recently stopped in to store my RV for the year and the entire staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I felt completely welcomed and even though I have no prior history with dealing with them, I know they will take good care of my RV in storage.. It's just a feeling that I had when I arrived there..AND I live on Long Island so my camper is far away from me. Thank you for being so wonderful!

Very friendly and efficient staff! We were on the road, 1000s of miles from home, and they got us in and out quickly repairing our AC leak. We will consider Alpine Haus inventory when we are ready for our next rig.

And Follow through your Motto is everything works when it leaves well. My camper did not. There were too many small things not addressed.
For the amount of money I spent, I expect a little more. Service. I am still waiting on part. And I have not been informed of any progress on the parts or upcoming installation.
Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. The service advisor kept me informed throughout the repair process. The final invoice was exactly as what was quoted. The showroom was clean and welcoming.
I purchased my travel trailer from them a few years ago and I’m still happy with all aspects of their business model.
The mechanic did a great job too. So many times you have to fix what was fixed. Not at Alpin Haus. Awesome people.

Response was very quick. Appointment made to meet our schedule. Technicians were very knowledgeable. Fixed the problem and wrote a good report on what they did and what they found.
Bring you to only the campers that are of interest of you.
Working with Steve Frania has been fantastic. We knew what we needed when when beginning our search, and Steve took-in everything before discussing specific models. There was no pressure to look at anything that didn't fit our needs.
There was a very small breakdown in communication regarding things that needed to be repaired because the information found itself split over 3 sales team members. However, this was offset by the staff member who showed us around the rig being so incredibly thorough.
Friendly service. Fair prices. Usually take care of what you ask them to.

ITS NO TELLING WHAT COULD HAPPEN DOWN THE ROAD AND THE MONEY YOU WASTED .

Driving from Michigan on our way to Maine with 5th wheel in tow we experienced a major mechanical failure. A broken leaf spring bracket. Rick, aka off-season Santa, as well as Jennifer and other impressive staff went out of their way on a Friday to improvise and fix the problem. Even though they were super busy and booked out over a week, the team bent over backwards to help us get back on the road safely! And not at “emergency” pricing but at a reasonable cost. Thank you for your outstanding service!
My first encounter was with Amanda who introduced herself and ask if she could help me, which she did. Extremely welcoming, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She also introduced me to Kevin who did the work on my Motorhome and explained everything. I was also introduced to other staff members. They all made me feel very comfortable while at Alpin Haus. I would and will recommend this location to all who need service. I will continue coming here as well for all services needed. Priced right and fast service. Salesman Jake Reinhart was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable . Also very patient while we decided on what camper to choose. Anyone looking to buy a camper should see Jake. Technician Steven was also great during the demonstration of our new camper. He was thorough and personable.

Waiting on complicating repairs which I have confidence in Alpin based on honest communications from our service advisor Theresa. Also in finding out that their service techs don't come and go but are valued employees who stay for years.

The team gives you a 110% and helps you to learn and work through any issues with your camper when you have one. They are really quick about helping you getting your camper fixed and up to speed so you have limited time on any repairs.
I always had great service at Alpine Haus,, you might have to be patient sometime to get your RV work on but it got done, the technician were all knowledgeable. There whole service department are great,

From a pop-up to now a solitude 5th wheel, don't get me wrong, I had issues with them all but Alpine Haus took care of everything in a timely manner.
I always recommend them to everyone looking for a RV,
I was very pleased with the new location. The staff was eager to assist me with my search for a travel trailer. My two children were gifted Teddy bears from the welcome desk which I thought was a nice touch. Asa was a great salesman who made the whole process of trading in my trailer, and getting me and my family into a brand new unit super easy.
