You suck with every single business transaction that I make with your company you are all liars don’t care about your customers all you want is our money you are disgraceful!!!!
The service staff that i worked with, Grace, Rich, Ed and then Taylor were FANTASTIC! They took the time with me to explain and educate me. I bought my RV at Alpin Haus 2 years ago and I can honestly say that the Service dept. Is 1000% better. Thank you!!
Andrew from the service department in Saratoga was excellent. I had alot of questions that he went above & beyond to answer. I feel so much more comfortable with my Thoe Tellaro.!
When I purchased my used trailer in Gansevoort, I was informed there was a good faith 40 day period during which any problems that were not detected during prep and the walk-thru would be addressed. I asked if the Orange county facility (2 hours closer to my home than Gansevoort) could do any work within tje 40 days if warranted. I was assured that, since part of the same company, this arrangement would not be a problem.
Within 2 weeks of ownership we had two issues. The propane selector valve cap had fallen off on our ride home from our purchase. Also, the first rain event we had since purchase revealed a slow leak in the rear vent mounting flange leaving water drips on the floor. I called the Orange county facility and Michaela responded with a msg stating she needed to confer with my salesman. A few days later I called again and left M a voicemail. A few days later she texted me that she wanted to get my trailer on the schedule. I responded right away with several dates. I waited a few days but no response from M. I called M and left another voicemail. Finally I heard back from M and we got on the schedule for good faith repairs plus winterization. When I arrived with the trailer one of 2 attendants at the svc desk printed up an invoice for repairs and winterizing. I explained the 40 day arrangement. She responded that Alpin Haus does not honor any such arrangement. I refused to pay for repairs. The other attendant, I assume was Michaela, then spoke. She did not look away from her computer screen the entire conversation. M told the other girl it was all arranged. So then a new invoice needed to be prepared. The other girl was flustered.
Since, my trailer has sat in the parking lot, outside the gate until 10/07. I have not passed the facility in my travels since.
Today my credit card wad charged for winterizing but I have not heard anything, text or voicemail, from svc dept.
I only mention this all because I know Alpin Haus has built a tremendous reputation and expects better from assistant service managers. I will leave my positive initial Google review because I would much rather have this situation and unprofessional treatment resolved in house rather than in a public review.
I anticipate getting my trailer back soon, but again...I have heard nothing since I dropped it off, on October 4.

I brought my camper to be winterized and the warranty forever to be performed yesterday and we had some trim falling off the ceiling in the master bedroom that I wanted fixed. The work was performed earlier this year. Instead of telling us we will take a look at it and let you know. We were told the camper is no longer on warranty and there would be an additional charge! Very frustrating! You guys did take care of the issue but every time I bring my camper to be serviced we feel you alway want money! My frustration at the time was you guys don’t stand behind you work that was only done earlier in the year! This camper since the beginning has been nothing but issues and has had a long list of repairs since the day we purchased it.
Our 1st winterization was fast & easy. Everyone there is friendly & informative.
Showroom is close to my home and the staff are informative and friendly.

I made appointment to do a warranty repair, and delivered my RV to the shop after Coachmen approved the repair. Alpinhaus got the parts and then refused to do the repair because it would be “to difficult” and the entire LP system would need to be reconfigured, which was completely wrong! In addition I reported a non functioning motion sensor light shortly after bringing the RV home in August 2023 and made arrangements to have it replaced in April 2024. After having the unit at the shop twice it was still not fixed. The light was finally mailed to me so I can replace it muself.
