Discrepancy for charge of propane filling was resolved to my advantage. I didn’t mind paying a fair price for 5 gallons. Hot water tank was left empty after flushing for forever warranty. Happy I noticed prior to using. Staff was friendly but prior years service seemed more professionally performed.
I bought a toyhauler from Alpin Haus in 2019. I have had excellent service ever since.
I have stored my trailer there every winter and I feel their prices for winterization and storage are very fair. When I had a recall, it was very easy. They requested a picture of the part to be sure it met the recall and then set up an appointment and it was taken care of right away.
I am very happy with Alpin Haus.
Very pleased and surprised how fast, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable they all were. Ray in sale was super responsive about each question we had via phone and online form their Internet posting for a camper we have been searching for quite a while. Chris walked us through the inspection and instructions on the workings of our new to us camper. Then Alex was very good knowing the procedure for temporary plates and signing of all the sale documents. We traveled 3 hours to buy our camper only seeing pictures and the words of Ray. We would definitely buy again and tell our friends to look into Alpin Haus RV in Oak ridge, New Jersey. Thank you all involved!!
I have been going to you guys for the last few years have never had a complaint. Had my RV worked on in the past two months am disagreeing with a bill that I was charged have been up there several times to talk to Matthew and Amanda in the past week. I have called many times nobody answers. Nobody returns any of my text and very dissatisfied at this point with the service that at least I could get a phone call back with an explanation

Bought three different RV’s from Alpin Haus. I was assured that registering our new vehicle was a simple process and it turned into a stressful nightmare.
My first experience at Alpin Haus RV of Orange County was a very pleasant one. Grace and the service crews was very knowledge & helpful, the Service Dept. was quick to get the service done.

I am a new Rv guy and a good friend recommended Alpin Haus. Everyone has been outstanding. Especially my service rep Amanda. I had some issueswith the awning on my newly aquired camper van from a private seller. She earnined the title of my Awining "Angel". You know when you are dealing with good, knowlrdgable people. That is Alpin Haus!

We brought our rv to Saratoga Alpin Haus to be repaired , and they fixed everything we had
concerns with and did a real good job.
Delaying my repairis extremely dissappointing. It should not take 3 weeks to repair a board in a refrigerator. You can do better by your customer.

Decrease the amount of time it takes a customer to know what's wrong with their unit and a timely manner to give it back to customer
Do not like to cover warranty stuff and call back from anyone is not good

We were having a surge guard issue resulting in reduced electricity to the coach. Alpin Haus got us the soonest appointment and put a new one in. Now we have the electricity we have always had. Very satisfied.

The generator didn’t work and they are not calling me back. I have texted, called and left a message to make this right and no one is getting back to me
