The service department was very responsive in scheduling, communicating, and discussing any issues that arose with my recent service visit. The handled the winterization immediately, and communicated very well when an issue arose with a planned repair/installation, providing me with a detailed description of the difficulty, and with options for repair
I believe the tech that worked on my rv did a good job. I would have had more done but service would not do some things I wanted done.
The service department is attentive to your request, document the concerns and follow up with them accordingly, opening discussions regarding the repairs and follow up with the owner.

The work gets done quickly. We had an issue that was under warranty and Alpen Haus put it thru and it was covered, no issues.
The repairs you made on my camper were shoddy and caused possible water damage and now to get you guys to make good on your mistake has been nothing but a hassle

Inconsistent information from the service department .
You never return a phone call or bother to call to let me know my camper is ready. I can only assume it’s ready because you charged my bank account the fee. And I’ve been waiting on a part or answer to a repair sense before summer
everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about there job. Charles is a great salesmen and caring for the costermers kids and grand kids. one of our grand children took a little fall and he was concerned and made the kids day by giving them a little bear. and the counter lady grabbed an ice pack. you workers are very caring. so on that note one other company was cheaper on the price for same fifth wheel , but I punched from your company.
