phone calls are not answered! Call. Phone rings (service), and rings. And rings, and rings. I've witnessed this firsthand at the service counter while waiting for service help. Very poor customer service!
Took care of a warranty problem the manufacture wouldnt
Love or New 2022 Tiffin Open Road! We just completed our third season and had these guys just winterized it for us. It's always a pleasure to go there, thank you, Dave, Billy, Eric,Jake and everyone Else who works there for all your hard work and Kindness.

Hard to say nice products but warranty work takes forever between 6 weeks to 16 weeks

Fast and convenient
Nothing to improve really. Service shop took care of my Travel Trailer issues, the Parts and accessory shop is one of the largest I have seen with fair pricing. I would go higher but I have no experience with the sales staff at Amsterdam as I purchased at the Saratoga Springs location, and they were wonderful

From my point of view, Dave Behuniak is the best, a great front office face for Alpin Haus. Additionally, through the years, all of my encounters with service technicians have been positive.
Alpin Haus knows how to work on Hymer vehicles; they do a good job.

I rated a 9 as likely to refer someone, which I have done. Unfortunately, the last person I referred has had nothing but trouble with Alpin Haus. This includes numerous problems with both the Class C RV and interactions with the service dept. My experience has been great, but I would be hesitant to refer another person again.
They are very professional and will pretty much go to any extent to satisfy their customers specifically the director of operations Greg Milito but not just him, his whole team goes the extra mile to make sure that you, the customer is satisfied with your experience!

I paid $500+ for less than a half day of work. Lower pricing would make Alpin Haus a more attractive option.
It was such a delightful experience, dealing with everybody. Our salesman, Asa did a tremendous job finding the right camper for us when we first met Asa I told him what I was looking for, and my husband had suggestions on the camper that we were looking for. We told Asa we were going away for a camping trip that he could call us if he found something and he did. He described the camper and it sounded like the perfect fit for us. We even cut our camping trip short to come home, which we did not mind we made an appointment with Aza and sure enough it was the camper which we purchased. Everyone was extremely helpful making the purchase even Keith, Todd, the financial manager and John, who did the walk-through and the mechanic who set up the hitch on our truck to the camper everybody what a wonderful experience we had we highly recommend Alpin Haus.
I made an appointment well in advance to winterize my motorhome as well as have the oil changed in the generator and the engine. When I arrived to go over the details of what needed to be done. The lady at the counter, Michaela, was short to tell me that she didn’t have an oil change scheduled and that they were too busy?!? Zero attempt to correct Alpin Haus’ error! I am 100% positive I scheduled it when I made the appointment to winterize as I do it every year. Now I’m completely put out of my way to get it done……Is this good customer service?!? Absolutely not!!!

Good customer service!
Recently, my RV developed a storage tank leak right before I was ready to head out on a trip. I called service advisor Dave B. and he was able to get the vehicle in the shop where he and the technicians quickly addressed the problem. Thanks to the team effort I was able to leave on schedule as planned.
