I purchased a Grand Design 5th wheel and have had good luck with it aside from a few glitches that Alpin Haus has responded to resolve issues over the years. Chris, the technician that I have delt with is both knowledgeable and thorough.
People are great here.. Never felt pressured...

Seem genuinely concerned with my issues
The people were friendly, informative and thorough. My only issue was that they pushed financing a little too hard. I do not like being pushed into anything and I feel that they really wanted me to finance when I eventually paid for my purchase.
Other wise, all of my questions were answered and what little issues I had, they were all taken care of without any hassles. Would I recommend them? Yes.
I really appreciate Theresa's help in gettting my trailer squared away. She went above and beyond to help me.

i had my camper serviced in the saratoga location, yearly forever warranty with nys inspection. was advised the roof needed all for corners resealed, i inspected the job done when i picked it up and the sealant that was used dosent add up the what the cost was for the job done.i took pictures of the job. made phone calls all day friday to speak to someone but no one will answer the phone. i have had this unit serviced every year at this location with no issues since 2020 and this is by far the worst service i have ever een.
Charged a 120$ to put a battery on my new $35,000 camper wich took less than 2 minutes that's robbery

From the moment you walk in, you feel so welcomed! They have so many trailers and RV's available for you to see! We are thrilled with our purchase of our Coachmen Apex Nano! Ray is an excellent salesman! He is personable, knowledgeable, and was very easy to work with! Amy the secretary is so nice and friendly! And, Alex is fantastic! He explained everything to us, answered all of our questions, was kind, patient, and worked with us to make this dream of owning a trailer possible! So grateful! Looking forward to picking our trailer up soon! They spend 2 to 3 hours doing a walkthrough with you explaining how everything works and functions! Can't wait to make many great memories in our trailer with our family!

I have my camper being serviced for two weeks. I’ve called 3 times now and not one call back? I’m in the service industry and I would call this really poor customer service. Nobody I guess seems to know anything when I call either. Absolutely no clue.
The service team at the Amsterdam office responded to my concerns and addressed the right away

Art was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was less bothersome than I expected it to be. Especially the pickup process. Those guys know their stuff and were so efficient.
The staff was excellent and friendly. They worked diligently to help me find an RV that fit my budget. One important aspect for me was that the sales team was not pushy; they allowed me to proceed at my own pace while always being available for support.

I brought my RV (Solitude 5th wheel) to your Middletown location last week for servicing. The technician (Zac) might be the best I’ve ever had. Thoroughly knowledgeable and conscientious. I would have asked for him again in a heartbeat! However, his qualities are not shared by your Service Manager. Zac showed me an electrical problem on my pickup truck that needed to be fixed, without which I would have no trailer brakes. My truck mechanic needed a couple of pieces of information, but my texts, phone calls, and emails have been ignored. I can’t get anyone to respond one way or another. Unacceptable for a customer that has spent more than $200k with you over the past eight years!
