The service team is on the ball. Chris was my service technician and he was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and very adept at making the necessary repairs and service work. Kim was my service provider and she also was terrific. She was courteous, had followed up on problems and loose ends to kept track of ordering parts and coordinating parts, repair applications and getting warranty claims filed. The whole reason I buy from Alpin Haus is the awesome service team. Can't be beat. Great job!

Service is 2nd to none. Everyone is super nice and go out of their way to help and answer questions. Don Terpening sold me a camper back in 2020 and I just bought another one with Don as my salesman. Don and the whole crew worked hard for me on my trade in and made sure I was taken care of. And this being my 5th camper. 2nd one from Alpin House might not be the last I buy from you.

First RV - "Welcome to the community" service.
My lifelong dream was to own an RV. Got it, then needed Alpin Haus to look it over, inspect it, provide new tires, and check the roof.
Dropped it off on a Sunday. By Monday moring Mike R (Service Dept) gave me a call, informed me of the status of my inspections, and kept me notified every step of the way. Walked me through it like the pro he is.
Once completed (Friday afternoon - AFTER HOURS), Kim (Customer Care Team Manager), who had a very busy day, called to ensure that my camping trailer was processed properly, and then (because I am new to RVing and can't properly back it up yet) had my camper in a place that I could easily extract it from.

Very eager to make a sale but could do better with the post sale treatment. I would be a repeat customer, new camper every 5-8 years, yearly service and possibly storage etc…
The customer needs to feel valued, appreciated and taken care of. I don’t want to feel like someone is always trying to make a dollar off of me and that I’m being taken advantage of.
Everything from setting up the appt to picking up camper after work was completed

Great service follow up
The service dept has been very helpful and everyone is very nice. We also like that we can safely store our RV with them for the winter for a reasonable price.
Always helpful and informative.
Your service folks are very difficult to reach. I rarely get a person when I call, and messages that are left often take more than a day to be acknowledged. Sometimes, they are never returned and I have to call and go through the frustration again.

Overall - very good.
I would ask that the communications be a little more forth-coming, especially with respect to diagnostic fees and then service related costs. So the customer fully understands what we are paying for.
Lastly - when I initially called - I called the phone # on your website listed as service and I believe it went to the parts dept. So I am not sure the details there are correct.
The tech was very informative explained.The steps of that lights to me in the refrigerator product is built very well
