Doug
Sold me a new camper with a leak in the roof. Was told I payed 1000$ to look over camper for defects from grand design and put a battery in it at the point of sale. Found this fall when preparing the camper for the winter. The problem was there before I bought it . There is black mold in it . I bought new I want new without being rebuilt.
Great service from the sales and parts departments, help searching for the right used RV for me.
Just bought out camper, have not used yet
It was a pleasure dealing with Keith todd upfront about everything answers all of my questions in regards to my purchase
We were fortunate to find the Thor class C diesel RV that we were interested in at Alpin Haus. We drove across the state to view it and they understood our intention of purchasing it. Our salesman Scott gave us a great tour of the facility, discussed the history and philosophy of Alpin Haus then spent two hours showing us the RV and answering our questions. We never felt pressured to buy and Scott worked with us to arrive at a price we agreed upon. We purchased our first RV and can’t wait to take delivery.
We like everything about your services and we love our new 5th wheel! From looking checking it out at the RV at the show until we drove away with it was a pure pleasure. EVERYONE was amazing, there was no pressure, we were given good advice and learned a few things, it was all just fantastic. This is not our first RV, but it is the first time we dealt with Alpin Haus and it certainly won't be the last. All of you, the people at the RV show, Alex, Brandon, Kyle, Amy, Chris and the entire service dept, you are all knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, efficient and simply amazing! Thank you.
Friendly, helpful staff
Very helpful, pleasant, easy to work with. Patient
Excellent sales staff .We love the camper. They worked very hard for us .
So far, Adam and Matt have been great to work with.
Once your new rv rolls off the lot, youre on your own. I bought a new NoBo 2025 20.1 and travelled to SC. Drained my truck battery, electric jack not working, slide out not working. So many calls and run around. I cant get anything done till I return to their lot....950 mailes from SC. Disappointing way to do business.
Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Salesman Mike helped out as much as possible
I bought a 2020 Forest River Rockwood Signature that was on consignment in October 2024 and when I looked at it I noticed that the trim moulding where the ceiling meets the wall was looking like it had been water saturated at one time and asked that they check it before I took delivery, never heard anything about it but then 3 weeks ago during very heavy rains all day long water started dripping down the wall from the moulding , after looking outside it showed someone had previously patched the gutter seam poorly from this leak, I had paid cash for this camper and showed pics of this to the GM Alex and he had someone check it and found that indeed someone previously did a poorly patch fix and didn't disclose this , they are going fix this and make it right , I totally applaud the quick and concerned action and that they are making good on this , Thank you so much, I have been a multiple repeat customer and will remain one and refer anyone interested in camping , Thank you Oak Ridge Team
Very friendly helpful sales staff. A pleasure to deal with and not at all “pushy”. I’ve been a customer for many years and have found all of the staff to be easy and helpful to work with. Parts and service are both great.
Very helpful kindness felt wanted not pushy
Very customer focused.
Theresa Pingatore has been super and the best I've experienced at Alpin Haus in over 7 years. Keeps the client posted on all and especially tricky repairs, takes advantage of all warranty opportunities and works with the shops for tight turnaround times to facilitate client upcoming travel. Facilitated technical questions by engaging shop techs directly with the client for technical explanations which sped up the repair authorizations. YOU NEED TO HOLD ON TO HER AS A CLIENT REP!!!!!
One stop shop.
We purchased a new Montana out of state that needed warranty work, the service center at Amsterdam Alpin Haus went above and beyond to make the repairs right. Their communication was excellent through the whole process dealing with Keystone. I especially would like to thank Rich (manager), Jennifer and Kaleigh for their help and guidance.
work was done on my camper without my final approval, and my credit card was charged twice for 3893.30 without my knowledge or authorization, for work that progressive approved for 2654.75. i was over charged 1238.55. i was advised by an attorney to notify the credit card co for fraudulent charges on my card. no one should do business with ALPIN HAUS
From day I signed my paper work it has not been rite
Mike the salesman I dealt with was a great guy. He was very knowledgeable an answered all my questions. The others that I dealt with were also great.
greg, dave, and the staff have stepped up and made things right with me and my wife in regards to our north pint 5th wheel, very happy with their serviceand sales
Alpine Haus has a way of taking the air right out of your lungs and stressing a person right out.
We’ve already had a very bad experience with this company last summer when our 5th wheel hitch purchase and installation turned into a nightmare.
We gave them the benefit of the doubt and towed the camper an hour away to another Alpine Haus hoping for a better experience and outcome.
Apparently communication isn’t a priority with this company, because, again, they failed to communicate that they were taking my debit card information, storing it and utilizing it for charges unannounced. Mere weeks before Christmas, they were able to work on my unit…. Work that I previously discussed being done in the spring. Well, they were able to fix the problem, costing me around $500 in labor… to replace a FAUCET. And then, charged my DEBIT CARD UNANNOUNCED… no phone call to verify that was ok, no phone call to tell us the work was complete and the total cost… NO PHONE CALL to be sure we were okay with the charge. Nope. Just took out money and LITERALLY took the food out of our cupboards because of it. Over $700!!!!!! UNANNOUNCED!!!! And then, then, when I called to talk to Greg ?, the manager man. He offered no solution. No future discount, no nothing. Just told me I had already okayed the work to get done… which I didn’t deny…. But he failed to acknowledge that a company shouldn’t be charging someone’s card without prior authorization or something?! Anything?! Over $700!! Came out of my bank account UNANNOUNCED. Absolutely disgraceful. Absolutely disgusting. I cannot recommend this company, no way. Nope. Picking up my unit in April and wondering what charges I’ll be charged unannounced again. Sucks. And worse … they know my husband is an actual combat action WOUNDED VETERAN, who has been to WAR and they still don’t care about stressing him out. Absolutely pathetic.
The service department is very responsive and ready to meet my needs.
Unfortunately, Alpin Haus has once again failed to meet my already low expectations. While I fully understand the challenges in working through the warranty system. Three months to wait for basic service in not acceptable. Further, it is even less acceptable that the “Service Center” continues to cause more damage than it repairs. For the second year in a row my service has come at the expense of a battery and BM-Pro control panel.
Based on my horrid experience last year, I was wise enough to remind the service center when booking the appointment and again when I dropped off “Please be mindful of the onboard batteries if the rig is going to be here for an extended period of time”. I was assured that service would be “much faster” this year and that the “Team know what to do if your trailer is here for a long time or if it gets cold”. Before pickup, I text the team twice to ensure the unit had been plugged in and was functioning prior to pickup. I was assured it would be. It was not.
I have another damaged battery and damaged controller. How can I keep going back to Alpin service and have any kind of confidence? This is to say nothing of the issues I had on my last trailer. My last trailer was ultimately rendered unusable by a vent leak the service center was convinced “did not exist”. After a few visits to service, I opened the wall and found the problem (and all of the black mold) myself. Aside from the proximity, I don’t think anyone could give me a good reason to go back.
How can Alpin “fix” the problem and regain my trust? I don’t know. I really don’t know.
Everything went very fast.Worked with us to get the camper we wanted to your location. We had a good salesman that listened to my husband nightly.
Great staff. Got the job done.

Asa and the team were very transparent and easy to work with on finding a camper within my budget that fit my needs. I intend on going back in the future if I ever decide to change things up. Thanks for your guys hospitality!
